STABLE CONNECTIVITY: The fantastic WiFi water leak detector set supports 2.4GHz WiFi connections. Simply download the "Tuya Smart" app and connect the water detector gateway to the app via WiFi to start protecting your home at all times. The gateway has a powerful adaptive feature that provides a stable connection for up to 24 fantastic WD71 leak sensors. Please note that it does not support 5G WiFi.

REAL-TIME ALERTS & NOTIFICATIONS: When the water sensors detect a leak, they send an alert to the matching gateway within a range of less than 1000 FT (Open area). The actual connection distance depends on the usage environment, typically less than 300FT in a home environment. The gateway then pushes the alert to your phone over Wi-Fi, so you receive notifications quickly, even when you're not at home. You can also share the device with family members, allowing them to check its status anytime, anywhere.

SCHEDULED ARMING & DISARMING: You can set up a timed arming and disarming schedule through the app, enabling the connected smart leak detector to arm and disarm itself automatically according to your needs. For example, you can set it to disarm at night when you go to bed, preventing it from disturbing your sleep. Alternatively, you can configure the water leak detector not to arm on rainy days.

WATER DRIPPING & LEAKING SENSOR: Benefit from the precision of dual-sensor technology for early detection of leaks, and the reliability of water leak sensors on the bottom foot pads for any significant water accumulation. This water leak detector is a valuable asset for your home. It features IP65 Waterproof construction, making it easy to place in critical spots near windows, sinks, sump pumps, water pipes, flood-prone areas, or any other area prone to water leakage. It is powered by 2x AAA batteries (included with each water alarm).

LOUD 120dB ALARM WITH MUTE OPTION: Designed with a buzzer and adjustable 4-level volume, the connected gateway will also sound a 90dB alarm and flash red to alert you and your family of a water leak. Once you've located the leak, you can easily silence the water leak detection device by pressing a button on the wireless water sensor or through the mobile app.

USER-FRIENDLY FEATURES: The small water sensors come with a test button and low battery alert for regular functionality checks. They also feature a flashing indicator light for visual alerts, which can be helpful for people with hearing loss, even in the dark. This water detector is both practical and easy to use. The gateway is designed to stay plugged in continuously, and we recommend keeping the base station (Gateway) connected to power at all times to avoid interruptions.

HIGH SENSITIVITY DETECTION: The smart WD71 water detector has 2 top probes and 4 bottom probes. The top probes are used to detect dripping water, while the bottom probes are used to detect seepage water. To prevent false triggering, more than two bottom probes need to be touched to trigger the alarm.
